Summary of Duties

The Program Coordinator provides administrative and strategic support to senior leadership in Administration & Planning (A&P); assists with agendas and materials for Capital Planning groups (IPPLG, ICPG, ESG) and technology groups (Enterprise Project, A&P Prioritization Team); project work in support of major A&P and university wide initiatives; assists with Capital Planning cycle meetings with colleges and support units in preparation for Capital Investment Plan requests; prepares materials for presentations and reporting; anticipates needs and plans accordingly for meetings, presentations, etc.; serves as Administration & Planning Policy Coordinator working closely with Office of Compliance and Integrity; serves on the university policy committee; supports campus wide charitable campaigns on behalf of Administration & Planning including Bucks for Charity, Campus Campaign, Pelotonia as well as employee recognition events; provides senior level support for Administration & Planning and provides back-up for Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President; monitors progress toward department and University strategic goals guided by department Directors; assists with A&P strategic planning, business continuity and helps develop metrics; supports Information Security Self-Assessment and Information Technology security framework annual program reviews; coordinates audit responses; other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration or an equivalent combo of education and applicable experience; advanced computer skills; experience in program planning and administration; strong analytical, written and verbal communication, and conflict/resolution skills; proficient in PowerPoint and InDesign; the ability to analyze and translate datasets into presentation style materials; ability to work both independently and as part of a team on complex projects; work load prioritization and time management skills; flexible, positive, can-do attitude; interest in problem-solving; maintains strong relationships with senior leadership and front line staff.

Desired Qualifications

Master’s degree; office management skills; higher education experience; experience in state and local governments.

Target Salary $53,000.00 - $60,000.00 Annually
